1. Ignore your vices.

Mentally strong people never ignore their bad habits which hinder their growth instead they work on themselves. they try to become more disciplined and responsible. they exchange bad habits with good in order to feel more motivated and happy .they follow a routine and disciplined life. 

 

2.Surrending power 

Many people don't take responsibility for their actions and emotions. They blame others for their actions. Mentally strong people never surrender their power instead they take responsibility for their actions and decisions. They take responsibility for their choices and actions to take control of their life. 

 

3. Refusing help 

Many people don't take help. They feel shy or they fear showing their weakness to others. Working alone limits your potential. Mentally strong people don't shy away to take the help of others.

 Some people become jealous of other people's success and they criticize others. they protect their fragile ego by doing this. mentally strong people never make other people small instead they take inspiration and feel happy for others .you should survive with people with lifelong goals.

some people tear themselves down due to their shortcomings which will lead to low self-esteem and lower confidence.Mentally strong people never criticize themselves instead they try to work on themselves and improve
